BIOGRAFIKTION Nr.1
Paul Paetzel, Till Hafenbrak and I decided to get together and start self-publishing comics, so we founded "Édition Biografiktion" in the summer of 2008 . Our concept was to choose one celebrity per issue and mix biographical facts and crazy stuff in our stories. We consecrated our first edition to Reinhold Messner, the famous italian mountaineer.
We presented our first Biografiktion issue at the comic festival in Hamburg 2008. More infos here.
DEIN NAME SEI DOLORES (your name will be Dolores)
Some spreads of my graphic novel about old stories of my family. This is part of my graduation work at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK) in the summer of 2008.
80´s MOVIES
The idea was to illustrate my favorite movies of the 80´s in one single page. My interpretations of "Coming to america" and "Tootsie" were published in "Sammelwahn" Berlin (2007) and "Bitterkomix nr. 15" South Africa (2008).
Q wie Querulant
One page comic about an annoying guest. I draw it in 2007 while studying illustration at the Berlin university of the Arts.
